Responsibilities
Communicating with coworkers, designers, and clients
Juggle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Managing the calendars for projects, ensuring project deadlines are met
Summarize the meeting with clients to understand their requirements and coordinate with team members
Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings
Proactive, energetic, self-motivated, good team player, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Strong Interest in design, online media, and marketing, Good strategic thinking and analytical skills
Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills in Thai and English
Customer service skills, Detail oriented and deadline-focused**(must), Good presentation, and negotiation skills, Strong time management skills
Able to work with the team, clients, and vendors
Ability to work on tight deadlines
Bonus skill: must be very organized
Qulifications
- Proven experience managing projects from start to finish.
- Expertise in project management
- Strong organizational skills for managing tasks, timelines, and deliverables.
- Leadership ability to motivate and manage cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication skills with stakeholders and team members.
- Experience in managing budgets and resources efficiently.
- Ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
