1. How would you describe YSR working style
Systematic and professional.
2. What are your expectations before starting the internship program? Were you able to achieve it?
I was looking to gain knowledge about branding and how to work effectively in a graphic or branding company. I partly achieved this. I learned new things, but it's a pity I didn't have more time to delve deeper. It would have been much better if I had more time to really learn.
3. What are the things that you thought were difficult? Did you feel you have grown and gotten better in solving problems after the internship?
It was challenging to figure out what I want to do in the future. I have an interest in branding design and want to learn more about it to help decide my future career path. The internship improved my graphic skills and attention to detail, even though I didn't do much graphic work. So, yes, I developed a good habit in designing.
4. What were your favorite aspects of your internship here?
The "work hard, play hard" mentality. People here know when to relax and when to get serious about work. The best thing is the work-life balance, which is rare, as far as I see, in the design industry. This is a very good example for me as I want to work in design field ka.
5. What do you believe the next step is in your profession, and how can we can help you get there?
The internship has helped me refine my skills and attention to detail, especially in doing small-scale work with neat detail. Moving forward, I plan to continue learning about branding design and applying these skills to my future career. I also want to explore other skills beyond design, such as business and marketing, to develop myself further. I might start sharpening and refining all my skills, including graphic design and 3D modeling, to find my true path ka.
